Hi How are you doing ?

Every day I work for ・・・・・ I was changing my work place I mean, Higashi-harima Youth Center closed for Renewal . So I was moving to work for Kobe city( from Kakogawa city) & every day I wake up same time ,got same Train , I felt strange !

Because I often wake up 10,12noon &sometime 15pm for work. My main Job was Swimming Instructor but now it's supportor for Youth Activity.

It was Big change !

I hope Sometime to come & drop some line here !

Allergic disease?

Spring has come! Every year in spring I feel sense of disharmony in my nose&eye!

It is called "kahun-syo"in Japanese.

Kahun means a pollen especially in this case point Japanese cedar & Japanese cypress.

There cause Allergy. Of course we know many important factor causes Allergy.

I don't know exectly but in the world there have many Allergic disease. Was it caused by civilization advances ?

Do you have any disease like "kahun-sho"?

I was plan to held Concert with my comrads in music. It has concept that shared and shared alike. Provide a financing for it,Shared pains,labor and trouble for it,of course be impressed,

In Himeji,We'll start movement for mucic,art,performance and so on . From last year(2004) july We,Mju:pop Himeji, was held "Warikan Live".Warikan means "shared and shared alike"

Mju & I retryed to plan second live "Warikan Live". We hold many meeting for "Warikan Live". At first,we discuss when,where,title of Live, set the Commitee,chairman of Commitee and so on. If possible, to held a Warikan Live,set a big place! We set Himeji-city Hall (800seats).It was big callenge for us. But We dicided to try it. We needed to time for preparations,so we confirm it about 2006 jan,feb,march . Set 28th sat. Jan.2006.

Commitee held sometime every Monday,sometime twice a month, in December 3days a week........ Everybody in Commitee members did not give up,but held on for half year. Cause we realese that there would be rather a lot of work involved in doing it.

28th Jan, We enjoy & hold a Bttiri Concert in Himeji-City Hall.

We have many ploblem & task but we have many enjoyment & obtain good results.

We start to pass into legend.

I've got cought a cold !

Recently (several year ) I did'nt realize to catch a cold for me . So I'was suprized to feel so bad this New year.

Sleeping & Eating ...I usual recover from cold

But this time I wonder if I was older than ages. How about you ?

Yesterday was "seijin-shiki"inJapan

"Seijin-shiki" is National Holliday in Japan.

"Seijin-shiki"means Celemoney of joining to Adult. When people become 20years old,Seijin-shiki usual held by Prefectual Goverment.

Some years ago, Nathional Holliday system was changed.Some National Holliday;Seijin-Shiki,Athletic Day. Seijin-shiki was 15th Jan & Athletic Day was 10th Oct (set 1964 10th Oct Tokyo Olympic first day)

But now Seijin-shihki is secound Monday of Jan. & Athletic Day is second Monday of Oct.

Goverment set "Happy Monday" because people enjoy Holliday one day than two or 3day.

I was past "Double Seijin-Shiki"........

Set my Goal for 2006 !

Almost people to set a goal for themselves at the new year. Are you already set a goal for yourself ?

I set a goal for myself .

First Goal (continued year befor last year) in Japanease "Ugoku" means " Be active

Second Goal(comtinued last year) in Japanese "Kiku" meaning are "Be heard,hear of ,listen to,ask,follow,complay with and so on ! Of course Listen to music.

Third Goal(set my new goal) in Japanese"Tsukuru" It will be including "make,create,construct,brew &conpose.....

How about you ? If you don't mind , please tell me about your Goal ,to write a line BBS,or E-mail.

This winter had much snow ! Suprise & Amazing winter has come & come &came !

I got a prize"MVP" at International Swimming Reserch Symposium at Tokyo. ISRS are like a meeting for giving papers or a society for the study of Swimming Reserch. I expressed my opinion for Swimming " How to lead for swimming ex 4type swim:crawl,backstroke,breaststroke,butflystroke.

MVP :Best paper in the ISRS . People who took a part in ISRS choose the best study & express.

Mar. 12times Live Event played Harmonica. I was born in March ! I became 43years old.

Apr. 8times Live Event played Harmonica including Pre-Tegarayama Event at Club Leaf.

May 8times Live Event played Harmonica including Event at Higashi-Harima Youth Center (Japanese HP)

Jun. 10times Live Event played Harmonica including Event at Kyotoku-ji temple

July 13times Live Event played Harmonica including at Show pub "Tora no Ana/means Tiger's Cave "
